We serve hotel and restaurant clients throughout the South East. We’re regularly in London providing advisory site visits or collecting and delivering furniture.

Do you provide planning advice?
Yes, and it’s FREE!  Call us on 0118 9883009. We can give you some general advice and take notes to understand your requirements, advise on some options, and if you’re happy we can arrange a free site survey.

How do I order?

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Do prices include VAT?
No – prices are subject to VAT.

Do you deliver?
Yes, all our furniture is delivered by us to you. Each item will be delivered to an address and location specified by you, at a time convenient to your needs. Most orders are delivered free within a 50 mile radius of Reading. Orders under £300 may incur a delivery cost, and this will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

Will the furniture come flat packed?
This is one of our most frequently asked questions, and the answer is NO. Unlike most internet companies, all our furniture will arrive fully assembled. All chairs will arrive in a dust bag ready for use. All large furniture items will be delivered as per predetermined instructions dependent on access.

Can I return the goods if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns. The majority of goods we supply are manufactured to order in bespoke finishes, fabrics, sizes and quantities.

Where are you based?
We are located just off junction 11 of the M4 in Reading, Berkshire, and supply hotel furniture throughout the South East including London.

Will you take our old furniture away?
Yes, we can arrange a recycling service at a small additional cost.

How long have HSI been in business?

Can you repair or renovate existing furniture?
Yes, our own in-house team can reupholster and repair chairs. We can supply most parts to replace broken components. In addition, we offer a French polishing service to re-finish all wood products.  See our renovation FAQ.

Do you provide a warranty on  reupholstered furniture?
Yes, reupholstery will have a 12 month warranty. All parts supplied have a 12 month warranty.

Do you supply health and safety checks on furniture?
Yes, we can supply a service to check and label chairs fit for use. We do this with each chair supplied or repaired by us, and we can also provide this service onsite if required. All products and services supplied by HSI meet UK standards. All fabrics must meet UK fire regulations, and all foams used within new products and our reupholster services must also meet UK fire regulations.
