Steve Jones – Sales Director
Steve’s career started 40 years ago in re-upholstery and furniture design. His father owned an upholstery business before him and Steve has followed in his father’s footsteps, which is invaluable when assessing furniture for clients. He conducts most of our site surveys and prides himself on his comprehensive product knowledge and ability to advise customers whatever their challenge. Whether it’s terms of usage, space, budget or ergonomic considerations, Steve will examine your existing furniture and advise on new, re-upholstery or our repair services.
Julian Fidler – Production Manager
Julian heads a team of skilled and conscientious upholsters and machinists. He has been running our workshop for over 30 years, from the very early days of when HSI was registered in 1991.
Lesley Jones – Company Secretary
Lesley keeps the office on an even keel, co-ordinating customer orders of new furniture, managing fabric and component orders for our manufacturing and re-upholstery workshop, and making sure the office runs like clockwork!
Claire Souden – Website and Sales Administrator
Claire looks after our websites and social media. She liaises with our suppliers and ensures we are always displaying the most current product ranges and innovations, as well as all the essential office furniture at competitive prices.
